By using our dumpster rental services, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

We provide dumpster rental and waste hauling services. We connect customers with local dumpster providers who deliver, pick up, and dispose of waste materials.

Rental Terms

• Standard rental period is 7 days unless otherwise agreed
• Extended rental rates apply for rentals beyond the standard period
• Overweight fees may apply if weight limits are exceeded
• Customer is responsible for ensuring proper placement location

Prohibited Materials

The following materials are prohibited:

• Hazardous waste (chemicals, oils, paints, solvents)
• Tires, batteries, appliances with refrigerants
• Medical waste
• Electronics (in some areas)
• Asbestos and other regulated materials

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
• Ensure adequate access for delivery trucks
• Do not overfill the container above the fill line
• Do not place prohibited materials in the dumpster
• Obtain any required permits for street placement

Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted based on container size, location, and debris type. Additional fees may apply for overweight loads, extended rentals, or prohibited materials. Payment is due upon pickup unless other arrangements are made.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the rental service. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, landscaping, or other property resulting from normal dumpster placement and pickup operations.
